Directions: 

Head to Knoxville on your interstate of choice.  When you get to Knoxville, you want to get on I-75 North.   Take Exit 128 and go 2.5 miles south on Hwy 441 (Norris Fwy) to the entrance of the park.

The meeting place is the Craft Room in the end of the office complex, which is to the left of the Park Office.  You can ask for directions at the park office.
